Customers who order a unit from wigaddixx have 48 hours after receiving their unit to contact us with any issues. After 48 hours we are not liable for any problems pertaining to the unit. If there are any problems on our end we will be sure to fix it. Once packages have been dispatched and scanned by the carrier we will no longer be held responsible.
Absolutely no refunds. All sales are final.
All units are non-refundable unless there is a mistake on our end. Exchanges and returns are NOT accepted.

Wigaddicxx is NOT responsible for improper measurements. Please be sure to properly measure your head size.
Custom wig orders will process and ship out within 10-15 business days. Luxury wigs will ship out within 1-3 business days.
A. A custom wig is a desired size, style and/or color requested by the customer. Luxury wigs are inventory that's available and ready to ship.
